Which trade shows are coming to LA and Orange County?
These are the shows we checked against the organizer's own site or an official listing as of November 4, 2026. Dates can move. We'd confirm with the organizer before you commit budget.
| Show | Dates | Exhibit floor | Venue |
|---|---|---|---|
| LA Auto Show (consumer show) | Nov 20 to 29, 2026 | Public days | Los Angeles Convention Center |
| The NAMM Show | Jan 26 to 30, 2027 | Jan 28 to 30 | Anaheim Convention Center |
| MD&M West | Feb 9 to 11, 2027 | Feb 9 to 11 | Anaheim Convention Center |
| Natural Products Expo West | Mar 2 to 5, 2027 | Mar 3 to 5 | Anaheim Convention Center |
| OFC (optical networking) | Mar 7 to 11, 2027 | Mar 9 to 11 | Los Angeles Convention Center |
| IPC APEX EXPO (electronics manufacturing) | Apr 5 to 8, 2027 | Apr 6 to 8 | Anaheim |
| APIC27 (infection prevention) | Jun 14 to 16, 2027 | Check the exhibitor schedule | Los Angeles Convention Center |
One mix-up we caught while checking: RE+ 2026 (November 16 to 19) is in Las Vegas this year. Not Anaheim.

Who books a headshot booth at a trade show?
Three kinds of clients. Each wants something different.
- Exhibitors: a free headshot pulls people into your booth, and you'll get a few minutes with each visitor. Guests sign up with a QR code, so you also get an opt-in contact list.
- Show organizers: a headshot lounge is an attendee perk that people remember and talk about. It also works as a sponsorship you can sell (see how to sell a headshot lounge to a sponsor).
- Associations and medical societies: shows like APIC draw professionals who rarely get a good headshot at work. A lounge near registration gets steady traffic.
How do you plan a booth for a big show?
- Book for exhibit days, not the full event. It's a common mistake: many shows start with education sessions before the floor opens. At Expo West the halls open March 3, a day after the event starts. At OFC the exhibition runs March 9 to 11.
- Size the stations: one BLINK station handles up to 30 guests an hour, up to 240 in an eight-hour day. Use the station planner to check whether you need a second one.
- Check the exhibitor rules early: convention centers and show managers have their own deadlines for power orders and booth activities. We provide a Certificate of Insurance for the venue.
- Promote it before the show: put the headshot booth in your pre-show email and on social. People plan their floor time around free perks.
- Keep it on the path: near your demo area or the aisle, not tucked behind the booth wall.

What does a headshot booth cost for these shows?
We charge one flat rate, travel included. LA and Anaheim shows are home turf for us. The price depends on when you book, not when the show happens.
| Setup | Booked by Dec 31, 2026 | Booked from Jan 1, 2027 |
|---|---|---|
| Full Day, 1 station, up to 240 headshots | $4,850 | $5,250 |
| 2-Day, 1 station, up to 480 headshots | $9,215 | $10,000 |
| 3-Day, 1 station, up to 720 headshots | $13,580 | $15,000 |
| Double Station Full Day, up to 480 headshots | $9,100 | Quoted per event |
A 50% retainer holds the date. So an exhibitor at MD&M West or Expo West who books before the end of 2026 pays the 2026 rate for a 2027 show. The headshot booth cost guide has the per-attendee math, and our pricing page lists every package.

What should you know about each venue?
Both venues are big, multi-hall buildings. Walking time between halls is real, so ask for a spot near the hall people pass most. For venue-specific notes, see our pages for the Los Angeles Convention Center and the Anaheim Convention Center. If your event is at a hotel or a smaller venue in the region, the Los Angeles event headshots page covers that too.
