Specific client names are protected under NDA, but our procurement-readiness package is sent within one business day of any first call.
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs as a default and accept one-way NDAs without redlines for routine engagements. We also have our own NDA template if you'd prefer to use ours. Photographers, retouchers, and any on-site staff are bound by the same agreement, with personally signed acknowledgments available on request.
Yes. Our standard COI carries $1M general liability with the client and venue listed as additional insureds. Delivery is within 24 hours of request. Higher limits ($2M, $5M) and umbrella coverage can be arranged on request for an additional documented cost. We don't pass insurance costs on as line items at standard limits.
Our core photography team is W-2. We do contract qualified specialists in cities outside our five primary markets (Los Angeles HQ, Miami, Atlanta, Orlando, Austin) — when we do, we disclose the contractor structure upfront, run background screening, and the contractor signs your NDA the same as a W-2 photographer. We do not subcontract without prior disclosure.
Image files and attendee email lists stay within our delivery infrastructure for 30 days post-event, then are purged unless you instruct otherwise in writing. We do not use attendee images in our portfolio without explicit written consent. Galleries can be configured to require attendee email confirmation before download, and we honor opt-out and image-removal requests within 24 hours. We are happy to align to your firm's specific data-retention or GLBA-derived policies.
NET-30 is our standard. NET-60 is available on request. We're set up to invoice through Workday, Coupa, and Ariba, and can adapt to most enterprise AP platforms. Single PO covers the entire engagement — no surprise back-end invoicing.

BLINK event headshots come in three flat-rate options: Half Day $3,200 (up to 4 hours, up to 120 attendees), Full Day $4,850 (up to 8 hours, up to 240 attendees. Most booked), and 2-Day $8,500 (two consecutive days, saves $1,200 vs. booking two single days). All packages include up to 30 attendees per hour, individual gallery delivery, nationwide travel, and a branded event gallery. Pricing is the same in every U.S. city. We recommend 6 to 8 weeks out. Larger events (200+) benefit from booking 10 to 12 weeks ahead so we can staff multi-station setups. Last-minute bookings are possible depending on availability, so just ask us.
