The experience.
We operated a full professional headshot station on the forum floor: studio lighting, live posing direction for every attendee, and on-the-spot image review.
Attendees signed up via QR code, were photographed in minutes, and received a personal online gallery instantly by email, LinkedIn-ready before they left the venue.
Each gallery carried Carnival's presenting-sponsor branding and a thank-you message from Skift, extending both brands into attendees' inboxes and social profiles.
The booth signage said it best: “Powerful women deserve powerful photos.”
