Attendee engagement.
Every gallery was delivered by email the moment the session wrapped. Photos were LinkedIn-ready before guests left the venue.
100% of delivered galleries were opened and viewed. Every download and share carries the LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce branding with it.

We operated a full professional headshot station on site: studio lighting, live posing direction for every guest, and on-the-spot image review.
Guests signed up via QR code, were photographed in minutes, and received a personal online gallery instantly by email, ready to use before they left the room.
Each gallery carried LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce branding, extending the brand into guests' inboxes and professional profiles long after the day.
A professional headshot, delivered on the spot, is the kind of takeaway people actually keep.
